What do you find most intriguing?
This question is one of the most potent and valuable questions I have ever encountered. I learned it from Kurt and Patricia Wright, authors of Breaking the Rules.
Why is it so powerful? Because our analytical mind can't answer it. It unlocks our intuitive mind where we can find surprising and exciting new answers.
When I started asking this question while reading one of my interviews, I discovered that there were always 13 fascinating insights in every interview.
